BE99 Cockpit Terms and Conditions — Fully in Bengali

1. Introduction & Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between BE99 Cockpit and its users. BE99 Cockpit is an online gaming platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, slot games, and bingo to players in Bangladesh.

By accessing our services through the BE99 Cockpit website, mobile app, or any other channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

BE99 Cockpit reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes become effective upon publication on the website. We encourage you to review this page regularly.

2. Account Registration & Usage

To use BE99 Cockpit, you must first create an account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account termination.

• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.
• Your account may not be shared with or used by any other person.
• BE99 Cockpit reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until identity verification (KYC) is completed.

3. Age Restriction & Eligibility

During registration, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. BE99 Cockpit may request proof of age at any time — such as a national ID, passport, or birth certificate.

If a user is found to be underage, the account will be immediately closed and all winnings will be voided.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

BE99 Cockpit supports a variety of secure payment methods for deposits, including mobile banking and e-wallets. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Using a third party to fund your account is not permitted.
• BE99 Cockpit reserves the right to place any unusual transaction on hold pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

BE99 Cockpit offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers — welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Each offer has its own terms, which are listed on the promotions page.

• Each bonus offer applies once per account, household, or device.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be suspended and all winnings forfeited.
• BE99 Cockpit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
• Bonus funds are not considered withdrawable cash until the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on BE99 Cockpit are powered by internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every outcome is entirely independent and unbiased.

• Sports Betting: Bets are refunded if a match is cancelled. Disconnection from the internet during live betting will not affect the outcome of any placed bets.
• Casino games: If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the stake for that round will be refunded.
• Slot Games: Game rules and payouts are stated within each game.
• Bingo: Tickets cannot be refunded once a game has started.

BE99 Cockpit publishes RTP (Return to Player) information for all games. Payouts may be voided if a technical error is detected in any game.
